Mutual Evaluation of Belgium

The Global Financial Monitoring Supervisory Agency (GFMSA) has completed an assessment of the implementation of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) standards in Belgium.

The Mutual Evaluation report includes the findings of the assessment team, the report, the annexes to the report and the Executive Summary are available in French only.

This mutual evaluation was conducted using the GFMSA Recommendations as published in October 2004, and the 2004 Methodology for Assessing Compliance with The GFMSA 40 Recommendations and GFMSA 9 Special Recommendations.
